Every company in your roster appears below. Toggle Recognize on for the ones running a pilot or paid program. There is no per-seat charge — A DeZign earns on the storefront markup when employees redeem. The tier you assign sets the default decoration markup and feature set for that client; per-company point allocations are set in the Pool Funding tab. Markup & feature presets are edited in Points → Settings → Recognize Plans.

Mission & Values Dictionary

Each company can define its own list of recognition value tags (e.g., Customer Obsessed, Bias for Action, Ownership). Hub users pick from this list when sending a recognition; recipients accumulate "value badges" over time. Pick a company, paste in your dictionary, save.

Pilot Overrides

Pool Funding

Configure how each client's recognition pool is funded and how unused points behave. Recognition allocations debit the pool informationally; only fulfilled redemptions (SAGE coupons issued) generate billable line items. Pick a company to view its pool config, recent activity, and run actions.

Giving Budgets (employee → peer recognition)

Each active employee receives a giving budget they can spend recognizing peers, distributed automatically on the schedule you set below (drawn from the funding pool). Use the buttons for a one-off / bootstrap grant.

Each active employee receives spendable points on the schedule you set, drawn from the funding pool. These land directly in the employee's store balance — billable only when they actually redeem.

Departments (who manages whom)

Assign each department to a director. An employee’s department decides their director — so funds flow to the right team with no overlap. A director can own several departments. Anyone whose department isn’t registered here stays unassigned and can’t be funded until you place them.

Directors

Choose who can manage each company's employee roster. Directors are Hub users at that company who pass the _isCompanyDirector check and see the Employees nav item appear in their sidebar. Picked from each company's owners list. Until at least one director is named, only A DeZign internal admins can manage the roster for that client.

Redemptions

Review flagged store redemptions and refund completed ones. Flagged orders are those that went past the company's overdraft allowance — Override debits the points anyway (the balance may go negative), Decline rejects without charging. Refund on a completed redemption credits the points back to the employee.
