Training accounts
A rep in training gets playbook-only access. They can sign in to the playbook and nothing else — every other page in the suite stays shut. Promote them to the full suite when you are ready.
Use this to change what an existing account can reach, or to resend a set-password link. A role change takes effect once they sign out and back in.
